Paid Media Manager (B2B – PPC & Paid Social)
Location: Hybrid – London (2–3 days in office)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to own and scale our B2B PPC and Paid Social programs. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on execution with strategic ownership, focused on driving high-quality leads, pipeline, and revenue.
You’ll manage performance across search and social channels, optimize campaigns across the full funnel, and work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Own strategy and day-to-day management of PPC and Paid Social campaigns, including:
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
* LinkedIn Ads (core B2B channel)
* Meta Ads (where relevant)
* Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns aligned to B2B buyer journeys and funnel stages
* Manage keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, and audience targeting
* Build and test ad copy, creative, and offers across platforms
* Optimize toward MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and CAC
* Run ongoing A/B tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages
* Monitor performance daily and adjust based on data and insights
* Partner with content, product marketing, and sales teams to align messaging and targeting
* Own paid media reporting and insights, including:
* CPL, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline metrics
* Lead quality and conversion analysis
* Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM integrations
* Stay current on PPC and paid social best practices and platform updates
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–6+ years of experience managing B2B PPC and Paid Social
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
* Experience running lead generation and demand gen campaigns
* Understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, and long sales cycles
* Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on lead quality and downstream performance
* Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
* Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
* Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
