Responsibilities
:
1. Assist in administrating the internal financial control framework and procedures to help ensure the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
2. Assist in implementing relevant directives, guidelines and procedural documents pertaining to internal control and managing any reviews and updates.
3. Maintain the Risk and Control Matrix library.
4. Ensure the adequacy of key control design effectiveness including IT control and security area.
5. Ensure key controls are tested as scheduled.
6. Report on testing results to the Executivemittee and the Audit and Riskmittee.
7. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of AIIB'sernance, Risk andpliance system.
8. Engage in other duties assigned by senior staff of Office of the Controller.
Requirements:
9. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience with a multilateral development bank and/or large-scale financial institution, focusing on IT control & Security.
10. Strategic problem solver with solid understanding of internal control over financial reporting.
11. Well-versed in the COSO and ICFR framework.
12. Ability to multitask and managepeting deadlines.
13. Fluency in oral and written English.
14. Team player with strongmunication skills.
15. Well-versed in the data analytics, SQL and Python programming language.
16. Master's degree in accounting and/or finance. Bachelor's degree accepted if apanied by a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
