We are looking for a part time worker to join our team, here at Newtons Bakery Cafe in Blackminster on a part time basis. The hours will be 12-16 hours per week to include 1-2 days during the week and a Saturday on a rotating basis with our other staff. Our shop operates between the hours of 9am - 4:30pm daily, and flexibility to work a combination of opening and closing shifts would be required.
We are an artisan bakery cafe based in Blackminster Business Park, just 5 minutes drive from Evesham. Team members will have a varied role from; baking and decorating our cookies, brownies and cakes, assisting with the preparation of baked goods, serving customers face to face in our Blackminster cafe, preparing lunch food items from our menu, such as jacket potatoes, sandwiches and toasties and making coffees and drinks for our customers. Customer service is key so you need to be confident, friendly and outgoing.
We are looking for people that thrive in a team environment and are happy to get stuck in when we get busy. You don't need to have any specific food industry experience (though this may be an advantage), just a willingness to learn some new skills and a hands on approach to getting things done. We provide all the training you will need in food safety.
