2 x Fixed Term contracts until 31st March 2025
20 hours per week (10am-2pm Monday-Friday)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team.
You will support the Customer Service team and be responsible for handling a variety of telephone, face-to-face, email, and social media enquiries. You should have excellent IT and keyboard skills, along with good listening and questioning skills. Previous experience in Local Government services would be an advantage but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills such as excellent customer service and the ability to work as part of a team.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing work from home or within the Council offices. Flexibility in shift patterns and the ability to work in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, or Tring are required.
