About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the charity’s growth and sustainability by developing strong relationships with supporters, stakeholders, organisations, and community partners.
A major aspect of the role will involve supporting fundraising initiatives, promoting the charity’s training and educational programmes, increasing engagement, and helping to identify new partnership and income-generation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, partners, and community organisations
* Support fundraising campaigns and income-generation initiatives
* Promote and help grow the charity’s training and educational course offerings
* Identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
* Engage with businesses, community groups, and supporters to increase awareness of the charity’s work
* Support marketing, networking, and outreach activities
* Assist with events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
* Maintain accurate records, reporting, and stakeholder communications
* Work collaboratively with leadership to support the charity’s strategic objectives
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about the charity and third-sector sector
* A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
* Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
* Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders and community groups
* Experienced in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management (desirable)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Driven by purpose and motivated to make a positive impact
