Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a Cash Office Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team for a 6-month secondment. This role is key to ensuring that all financial transactions across the resort are processed accurately and securely. If you have a strong attention to detail, are highly organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
Accurately count and reconcile daily takings from various outlets across the resort.
Maintain security and control of cash, including safe and float management.
Ensure timely banking of all cash.
Process payments and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Assist with resolving any discrepancies or errors related to cash handling.
Maintain up-to-date records and reports for audits and internal reviews.
Liaise with department managers and supervisors regarding cash discrepancies.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to cash handling and security.
Work closely with our brand partners (OCS, Aramark, POMVOM & HBL)
About You
Previous experience in a cash handling or finance role is desirable but not essential.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Weekday working hours only (Monday – Friday)
Full-time working 5 days a week
