This leading independent accountancy firm is set to double in size over the next 2/3 years, and this is an opportunity to join a growing tax team led by ex-Big 4 and leading names in the tax market. This firm has an excellent reputation in the region, working with an enviable list of private-equity backed, owner-managed, and large local enterprises in various industries, including technology, engineering, pharmaceutical, and retail. Your new role
Following the recent appointment of an experienced Big-4 Partner, the corporate tax team is growing, and we're now looking to add a Corporate Tax Manager. Whilst the preference is for full-time, the firm is very open to part-time applicants too. This role offers a variety of interesting projects, so if you're an Assistant Manager looking for a step-up, this could be a great opportunity for you. We're also open to managers looking to move into Senior Manager roles.
You will work closely with the tax partners, overseeing larger or more complex compliance and advisory work with a portfolio of existing clients, delivering UK and cross-border special and project-based work. There is no need for this person to be involved in business development, as there is already a strong pipeline of work in place.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will either be ACA, CTA or ATT qualified with practical experience managing a corporate tax compliance portfolio.
