Role Description
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive technical support for our HR systems, including OneAdvanced Time and Attendance (TMS), Flexipay, and Sage People Salesforce systems. You will manage support calls with IT vendors, troubleshoot system issues, and implement changes to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Issue Management:
* Serve as the primary contact for HR system support tickets, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.
* Prioritize and triage support tickets in collaboration with the IT Service Desk.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve complex issues.
* Analyze system problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
* Maintain documentation of configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
1. Change Management:
* Configure and customize HR systems to meet business needs.
* Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with IT vendors.
* Develop reports and manage data changes via system upload processes.
* Manage changes through IT Change Management, including testing and sign-off.
* Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and user experience.
* Participate in cross-functional projects supporting HR and organizational goals.
Role Requirements
Knowledge
* Experience supporting technical business systems configuration or development.
* Knowledge of Sage People Salesforce (desirable) and OneAdvanced TMS.
* Understanding of HR processes and core business analysis (desirable).
* Strong change management principles and Microsoft Office skills.
Skills
The HR Solutions Developer should possess experience in areas such as database management, system configuration, reporting, scripting, integration, and system administration. Technical aptitude is prioritized, with training provided as needed.
