Responsibilities
* Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials to encourage children's growth.
* Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in line with the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition.
* Act as key person for children, overseeing their development and care needs and building strong family connections.
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under five and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Good communication, organisational skills, and ability to apply child development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.
