Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for technical support queries via ticketing system
* Resolve incidents in line with SLAs, escalating where appropriate
* Troubleshoot and support desktop environments, software applications, and basic network issues
* Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, fixes, and resolutions
* Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure a high standard of customer service
Desired Experience:
* Ideally 1+ year in a 1st Line IT Support role, although graduates with relevant skills will be considered
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic troubleshooting in Windows environments
* Exposure to Azure or backup technologies such as Veeam (desirable but not essential)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and willingness to stay in a 1st Line role for the medium-term (2–3 years)
