EJ816 – Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist
Salary: £40,000–£50,000
Location: Kidderminster
Our client is looking for a driven Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to join their fast-growing team and ensure their premium sports memorabilia reaches fans around the world quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the entire logistics and dispatch operation. As they scale, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, building and leading your own fulfilment team.
Duties & Responsibilities
As Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Preparing, processing, and dispatching all customer orders with accuracy, speed, and care
2. Maintaining strict quality standards across packaging, presentation, and security
3. Coordinating with customer service, sales, and framing teams to quickly resolve issues
4. Going above and beyond to ensure urgent orders and high-volume periods are delivered without delays
5. Supporting other departments (framing, goods-in) when business demands require
6. This is not a 9-to-5 role — they move fast, and we need someone who thrives in that environment.
