This position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day coordination of the current IPP customer portfolio. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, servicing established brands within the supply chain in a B2B setting to ensure we deliver an excellent level of service.
As a Commercial Account Representative, you will manage the day-to-day requirements across a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer interactions across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on delivering a positive customer experience while building and developing strong relationships both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day account requirements are met. This includes overseeing the end-to-end order process, onboarding new customers, managing data and reporting, coordinating full stock take processes, raising and monitoring non-conformance reports, negotiating and raising credit request, communicating annual indexation rates and supporting key functions such as debt management.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Service Centre, Finance, and Quality, you will help ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey. You will also play a key role in supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day management of our key accounts and preparation for customer reviews.
This role is vital to maintaining service excellence and requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) through effective task management and prioritisation.
