Salary: £31,000 - 36,000 per year Requirements: Experience in an Application Support Specialist, Systems Support or Technical Analyst role Strong knowledge of business systems and Microsoft 365 Analytical problem-solving skills with a practical approach Excellent stakeholder communication skills Process-driven with strong documentation abilities Exposure to integrations, testing processes or reporting tools (desirable) ITIL Foundation or similar (desirable) Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for core business applications and Microsoft 365 platforms Diagnose and resolve system issues with clear user communication Support system upgrades, maintenance and configuration tasks Assist with testing updates and coordinate user acceptance testing Investigate recurring issues and recommend improvements Liaise with third-party vendors where required Perform initial checks on integrations and escalate where necessary Deliver user training and create clear support documentation Ensure appropriate access controls and governance standards are maintained Technologies: Support ITIL Microsoft 365 Office 365 More: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive Application Support Specialist to join our well-established, multi-site organization.
