Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description:
To support the Marketing Manager in delivering a successful Digital Marketing Strategy, by carrying out a range of activities that will establish, maintain and continually enhance the Group's online presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Marketing Manager to update the Group website as and when is required, with a main focus around the beginning of each quarter, where New car, Used car, Aftersales, Motability and Business offers need updating;
* Continually review and enhance the content on the Group website to ensure it is optimised for mobile, tablet; improve and develop SEO delivery;
* Liaise with the Group's Digital Agency to ensure a timely recovery for any problems identified on the Group website;
* Suggest and implement improvements for the Group's website;
* Regularly audit the Dealership website to identify and action any required updates;
* To update the Group Blog with relevant news stories from around the Group and manufacturers;
* Design marketing materials as and when required;
* Manage Group's PPC campaigns on various channels;
* Liaise with the Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to source and schedule content for the Group's social media accounts;
* Actively seek out relevant and interesting content from sources such as manufacturer websites, manufacturer marketing portals, and industry news sites, as well as from our Dealerships;
* Monitor and respond to all social and Google Business Pages interactions;
* Continuously seek to identify key trends, hashtags and industry authorities to utilise opportunities to increase engagement;
* Monitor and report on all paid social media activity;
* Segment databases;
* Assist with the Group's eCRM projects.
General Marketing
* Liaise with the Dealerships to update and publish demonstrator stock lists;
* Updating CRM database and reporting on sales activity;
* Lead management;
* Oversee the telephone recordings in place across the Group;
* Provide reporting on various marketing activities;
* Maintain the Financial Conduct Authority register on all finance advertising;
* Contribute ideas to support wider marketing campaigns;
* Provide support when required for Sales and Marketing events;
Hours & Holidays:
* 8:30am to 17:30pm - Monday to Friday.
* 1 hour lunch
* 22 + 8 days annual holidays
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience with blogging
* Google AdWords accreditation
* Basic Photoshop skills
* Microsoft Office (Excel)
* Previous Sales Experience
* Previous Marketing/ Social Media Experience
