Delivering individualized support to children aged 4-19 years old on a one-to-one and small-group basis. To be considered for the role of a SEN Teaching Assistant you will: Be flexible. Experience in Teaching Assistant roles (Preferable). Ideally have your own transport or close public transport links Experience with both small group and 1:1 is beneficial Friendly and nurturing qualities. Competent behaviour management skills. Familiarity with a range of needs (e.g., ASD - Autistic Spectrum Disorder, SLD - Severe Learning Difficulty and PMLD - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty). Preferablymoving and handling training or have recent experience in this. Have a patient and caring nature. Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
