Job Title: Digital Learning Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + up to 10% bonus + Private Healthcare + bens
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home
Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Digital Learning Coordinator within our Capability & Skills Team. This role reports to our Digital Learning Manager, who oversees our Digital Learning proposition. The Coordinator will manage the operation and maintenance of our Digital Learning Platform, ensuring it is optimized and functioning properly so that all courses and learning opportunities are accessible online for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the digital learning platform is running smoothly and efficiently
* Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues (e.g., resolving why a course is not working)
* Coordinate platform updates and maintenance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support digital learning initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience with learning management systems or digital platforms
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to investigate and resolve platform issues
* Prioritization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfort working with data and technology
