We're looking for aPreconstruction Manager to join ourBuilding Solutions South team based inLondon/South.
Location: London/South
Hours:40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired
What will you be responsible for?
As aPreconstruction Manager, you'll be working within theBuilding Solutions South team, supporting them in leading preconstruction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation.
Your day to day will include:
* Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover
* Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy
* Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships
* Identifying and mitigating project risks
* Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team
What are we looking for?
This role ofPreconstruction Manager is great for you if:
* You have excellent communication and leadership skills
* You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership
* You have experience managing preconstruction on projects up to £20m
