Role:
1. Deliver end-to-end procurement processes in line with Public Contract Regulations (PCR 2015) and internal governance.
2. Provide expert advice and support to departments on procurement strategy, sourcing options, and contract management.
3. Draft and publish procurement documentation including specifications, invitations to tender, and evaluation reports.
4. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and commercial best practices.
The Person:
6. Previous public sector experience and knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015 / PA 2023
7. Level 3 CIPS as a minimum
8. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
