What you'll be doingLeading and growing engineering teams across backend, frontend, data and DevOpsOwning engineering strategy, delivery and technical directionWorking closely with Product, Commercial and the Founder on roadmap and executionSupporting customer demos from a technical perspective, workshops, RFPs and lead technical discussions on occasion.Driving best practice across architecture, security, quality and performanceChampioning AI/ML capability development across the platformActing as a visible and hands-on technical leaderWhat we're looking forStrong engineering leadership experience in scaling environments (ie.
