Contract Manager
We are looking to recruit an Contract Manager to cover key customer contracts across Northampton, Bedford, Peterborough, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
1. Monday to Friday
2. 8am to 4.30pm
A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities:
8. Overall responsibility to client budget, manage finance, and billing of contract for site
9. Overall management of full site structure
10. Produce yearly budgets and cost saving exercises
11. Pro-actively working with BN to provide innovation suggestions to client
12. Assist in KPI reporting
13. Create Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans, ensuring they are accurate and carried out in accordance with frequencies, timing and quality of work
14. Control budgets for 3rd party suppliers with good value being achieved for remedial and unplanned works
15. Arrange for any follow up remedial work to be priced, approved by the client and completed in safe, timely manner
16. Analysis of unplanned work for root cause and create more certainty on requirements as necessary
17. Assist in defining requirements for all equipment and buildings, especially in seeking ease of maintenance and operation
18. Work with Admin to analyse weekly reports, understanding resource and communicating with our client to agree correct resource level to work coming in
19. Responsible for accurate submission of bills, with support from the Administration and Commercial teams
20. Hold meetings with our client on unplanned spends, PPM performance, energy and KPIs
21. Review service providers, always seeking to bring as many services in house as possible
22. Manage in house team, ensuring PPM plan is fulfilled and communicating any errors to client, getting recovery plan approved
23. See that training is maintained, toolbox talks are issued and near misses/good catches are recorded by all disciplines on site
24. Manage complaints to ensure they are addressed within correct timelines for Soft and Hard Services
25. Assist with EHS Manager regarding reporting and investigating accidents and performance issues per Company Procedure
Essential Criteria:
26. Experience in the same or similar role
27. Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
28. Strong client focus in delivering and improving services
29. Delivery of all client and contractor KPI and SLA targets
What are we looking for?
30. UK Manual Driving Licence
31. Experience managing cleaning teams.
32. IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
33. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
