An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Wills & Probate Solicitor (2PQE) to join a highly reputable law firm in Shrewsbury. The successful candidate will have the privilege of managing a diverse and interesting caseload, including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Trusts and Estates. This role offers the chance to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is committed to providing outstanding client care and has an excellent fee income record. Manage a mixed and varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Trusts and Estates from instruction to completion Work independently with minimal supervision Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing Ensure all client work is progressed in a timely manner and that clients are regularly informed on progress and on costs Provide outstanding client care throughout every matter The ideal candidate for this Wills & Probate Solicitor position will bring excellent communication skills, outstanding client care skills, and at least 2 years' experience handling a full Wills & Probate caseload. You must have an excellent fee income record and be confident working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines. Your ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team will be crucial for success in this role.
