Job Purpose: To supervise the day to day function of the AR department, whilst supporting the delivery of the finance objectives through cash collection and credit management on a timely basis from customers for UK and export markets. Duties & Responsibilities: Credit Control * Work with legal and other agencies to collect overdue debts where required * Administer and report daily orders held for credit reasons * Maximise cash collection from customers within terms through dunning * Run weekly Debtors report with commentary for specified accounts * Review debtors on a weekly basis with sales ledger team and monthly with manager * Manage Letters of Credit accounts * Weekly forecast of incoming cash to support working capital needs * Manage credit insurance limits and policy ...
