What You’ll Do
1. Monitor portfolio performance and conduct performance reviews.
2. Provide reports and analysis to senior management on portfolio performance and market insights. Manage an assigned portfolio of IT-enabled business change projects.
3. Work with internal stakeholders and project teams to create documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
4. Ensure high standards & performance of project teams, providing guidance and support.
5. Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Vodafone and external partners to align with commercial objectives.
Who You Are
1. Experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
2. Understanding of frameworks (e.g., Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies (e.g., Prince2/SAFe).
3. Knowledge of application and software development lifecycle.
4. Experience in technical change/transformation.
5. Experience managing cross-cultural teams.
6. Leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop teams in a matrix environment.
