We're a portfolio of in-house businesses spanning aesthetics, e-commerce and property managed centrally. We're looking for a inhouse Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategy across all brands, offering variety, creative autonomy, and real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads and other platforms)
* Manage Google AdWords, from keyword research to bid strategies
* Design and execute social media campaigns for multiple brands
* Implement re-marketing strategies to drive retention
* Lead content creation (ads, socials, blogs, emails)
* Oversee website upgrades and UX improvements
* Build and fine-tune high-converting landing pages
* Produce analytics and performance reports, driving insights
* Manage budgets and marketing spend across all brands
* Use AI tools to enhance campaigns, content and reporting
* Maintain a performance-driven approach, meeting and exceeding KPIs
Requirements
* Proven experience in PPC, Google Ads, social media, and re-marketing
* Skilled at content creation, website management, and landing page optimization
* Proficient with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
* Strong budget management skills
* Familiarity with AI marketing tools
* Highly organised, adaptable, and driven by results
Salary
Based on UK in-house multi-channel marketing roles, the expected salary range is approximately:
* £40,000 to £45,000 for candidates managing multiple brands and delivering strong performance.
