POSITION AVAILABLE: 39 hours per week
This role is permanent with 5 years funding secured through the Dormant Asset Scheme administered by The National Lottery Community Fund.

SALARY: £25,081.06 - £27,646.18 per annum
LOCATION: This role supports project activity in-person and online, across six localities: Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, and Blaenau Gwent.
Overview:
Innovate Trust is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Sustain Ability project as a Volunteer Coordinator. The project, in partnership with ELITE Supported Employment, will work with 400 disabled people aged 16 to 30 to develop their vocational skills, awareness, knowledge, and employability in Green Industries.
The Volunteer Coordinator will recruit, train, and support volunteers across the six localities, ensuring they can safely fulfill their roles. Responsibilities include engaging with project participants, raising awareness of the world of work, and building soft skills. The coordinator will oversee volunteer schemes within the project and provide appropriate training and supervision.
You will work closely with your colleagues to meet project goals within the Skills & Wellbeing department, which supports skills development for people with learning disabilities and additional needs.
