Our client, a growing multi-utilities infrastructure provider, is looking for Project Co-ordinator to support in the full lifecycle of projects within the Industrial & Commercial and Retail utility sectors. As a Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for requesting, documenting, and reporting on key stages within a project’s lifecycle, ensuring that information is requested accurately, within the agreed timescales. Key responsibilities for the Project Co-ordinator:
1. Secure Points of Connection and obtain quotes for new connections, disconnections, and diversions.
2. Prepare utility assessment reports during feasibility, design, and pre-construction stages.
3. Coordinate utility service drawings, integrating new supply routes with existing networks.
4. Generate budget estimates for utility installations, diversions, and disconnections.
5. Define project scopes, identifying constraints, timelines, risks, and technical complexities.
