Rugby Vets is opening a brand-new, independent veterinary hospital in Rugby, and we’re currently looking for forward-thinking vets who either hold a postgraduate certificate, are working towards one or are keen to pursue a certificate to join our dedicated night team at the very start of our exciting journey. This initial phase of recruitment is focused on building a core team of highly skilled, experienced clinicians to help shape the hospital’s clinical direction and set the highest standards from day one. We offer clear pathways to clinical leadership if this is your ambition, and successful candidates will have the opportunity to accrue partnership shares in return for their contribution to practice growth. As we grow, future positions will become available for vets at all stages of their careers.
