Salary: Up to £75,000 + bonus

Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in bringing new products and features to market. This is a commercially focused product role, centred around product launches, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
The successful candidate will not be expected to bring prior domain experience but will have a strong track record of launching products and driving adoption in a B2B software environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new product launches, from concept through to go-to-market and post-launch optimisation
* Work closely with commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
* Translate business objectives into clear product plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver successful product outcomes
* Define and track key product and commercial success metrics, using data to inform decisions and improvements
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support product positioning
* Gather and prioritise customer feedback to shape product development and enhance adoption
* Support enablement of internal teams to ensure successful product rollout and ongoing growth
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a B2B software environment
* Demonstrable experience launching products or major features to market
* Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
* Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market activities
* Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Data-driven approach to product decision-making
