Fleet Administrator
£12.21 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Based in Walsall (on-site work)
Initial temp contract (initially 8 weeks, but expected to be required for up to 12 months)
Role
We are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator to work for the RAC based at their Headquarters in Bescot, Walsall. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be tasked with keeping on top of ensuring that RAC fleet numbers are up to the requirements, making arrangements for additional or replacement vehicles and ordering stock and equipment as needed:
-Liaising with internal departments to ensure fleet levels are at the required number
-Ensuring that replacement vehicles are ordered and due to be delivered to appropriate timescales
-Ordering and tracking the delivery of essential equipment for the team
-Ensuring fleet vehicles are compliant (i.e taxed, insured and properly maintained)
-Monitoring and replying to queries in the fleet inbox
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be experienced within admin-based roles, have an exceptional attention to details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment which requires you to juggle multiple requirements each day:
-Strong Admin experience
-Experience of dealing with suppliers
-Financially literate
-Strong communication skills
