Court of Protection Solicitor - Bristol - £55,000DOE My client is a well-established national firm seeking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded department managing substantial client funds and supporting individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages awards. You will:
* Run your own caseload of Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters
* Support the preparation of Court of Protection and OPG applications
* Help manage day-to-day financial administration for clients under deputyship
* Liaise with clients, families, case managers, and third parties
* Assist with property transactions, insurance matters, and property adaptation projects
* Support business development initiatives and team projects
* Keep up to date with COP and PI Trust developments

* Previous Court of Protection experience (ideally property & affairs)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* A proactive team player who can also work independently
* A genuine interest in working with vulnerable clients
* Keen interest in business development
* 2-4 years PQE
