Key Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, quality control, and dispatch.
* Ensure safe handling of furniture and large items, including high-value and bespoke products.
* Be a point of escalation between Nick Scali & the 3PL provider.
* Maintain accurate stock control and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
* Collaborate with 3PL staff and leadership to ensure procedures are followed correctly.
* Work closely with transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
* Deputise in the absence of the 3PL Warehouse Manager.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience within warehouse retail, furniture, or large-item logistics.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Comfortable working in a busy environment where quality and customer satisfaction are key.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
