Weareseekinga FirstResponseAdvisor (English and Romanian speaking) tojoinabusylegalteaminNewcastleCityCentre.Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewithstrongcommunicationskillsandaprofessionalmannertobecomeanintegralpartofourclientcareteam.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillactasthefirstpointofcontactfornewandexistingclients,handlingenquiriesinallthreelanguages.Youwillplayakeyroleinensuringthatclientinformationisaccuratelycapturedandthateachenquiryismanagedefficientlyandwithcare.
KeyResponsibilities
* ClientCommunication: Answerincomingcallsandemails,providingclearandprofessionalinformationin English and Romanian ,dependingonclientneeds.
* AttendanceTaking: RecordaccuratedetailsofclientenquiriesandattendancenotesfortheFirstResponseTeam,ensuringinformationisloggedcorrectly.
* ClientSupport: Assistclientswithinitialqueriesanddirectthemtotheappropriatedepartmentorlegalteammember.
* CaseAdministration: Updatecasemanagementsystemswithrelevantclientdataandmaintainaccurateandconfidentialrecords.
* TeamCoordination: Workcloselywithcolleaguestoensureasmoothclientjourneyandseamlesshandoverofinformation.
* Compliance: Ensureallcommunicationanddatahandlingmeetthefirmscomplianceandconfidentialitystandards.
