The ideal candidate will have a Buying background preferably with experience in Men’s & Boys and will be responsible for the strategy and planning of this key area of the business. Key skills and experience. * Own the buying strategy for men’s & boys category across all channels * Spot trends and translate them into commercially successful product range * Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing to build cohesive seasonal stories * Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costings to hit margin targets * Analyse sales data and customer feedback to drive performance and innovation * Proven experience as a buyer * Strong commercial acumen and trend forecasting ability * Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills * A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Please note: Only candidates with full eligibility to work in the UK can be considered for this role.
