Provisioning Coordinator As a Provisioning Coordinator within our Service Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in bringing new customer installations to life across telecoms and IT services. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end provisioning process, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure every delivery runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. Company pension scheme You’ll Get Involved In: Ensure accuracy of customer orders and provisioning data at all stages. Manage provisioning tasks in line with agreed deadlines to ensure smooth delivery. Act as the main point of contact for all provisioning-related activities. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to coordinate service delivery. Place and manage orders using supplier systems (e.g. connectivity, porting, and related services). Provide regular updates to stakeholders, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Monitor order progress, proactively resolve issues, and escalate where necessary. Participate in internal meetings to support delivery and departmental objectives. Support team goals and contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service. Work in line with company values and KPIs, maintaining a strong customer-focused approach. Ideally, you’ll have experience of: Strong administrative background. Understanding of project delivery principles. Experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. It would be great if you have: Experience in telecoms provisioning, porting, or order management. Experience in the use of the Gamma Portal and Autotask. Who are we?
