A leading provider of IT services and solutions is currently looking for an SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Pewsey. The client site is a Security Cleared environment, so the successful candidate must hold a current SC clearance.With responsibility for build and deployment of new and legacy Win 10 devices, backup and restore the user’s Win10 skills data following the deployment script. Troubleshoot any issues Escalate if not able to resolve, reporting to the deployment manager.With highly developed interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you’ll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.
