Salary: £43,500 - 73,500 per year Requirements: Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to perform advanced data analysis (e.g. Pivot, Filter, CONCAT, IF, VLOOKUP, graphs) Good knowledge of Outlook and Word, ability to produce advanced PowerPoint presentations Working knowledge of SAP (ECC6 or S/4) or equivalent ERP system preferred but not required Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a willingness to learn and improve mindset Ability to confidently discuss tax issues outside of the O2C team (i.e. Tax Team, CFO) Responsibilities: Manage a team of Credit Risk Analysts and Senior Analysts to oversee data governance and credit policies Ensure effective management of financial credit risk and minimize potential bad debt Support prompt turnover of debtors into cash through proactive collection strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders Monitor and review reporting/KPIs for the end-to-end O2C process Identify process pain points and initiate corrective action as needed Plan, coordinate, and address issues within the O2C process Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor subordinate leaders Drive compliance with VAT and other relevant financial regulations Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and customers Coach less experienced team members through challenging business scenarios Validate the effectiveness of proposed process improvement solutions Lead the implementation of necessary changes and solutions as required Technologies: ERP Excel Support LESS Network SAP Office 365 More: Culina Group is a market-leading ambient and chilled food and drink third-party logistics specialist.
