Job Title: Product Implementation Analyst Contract: Permanent Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office Hours: 35 hours per week Reports to: Team Lead Product Implemenation This role is part of Blackhawk Network’s Implementation and On-boarding organization within the Operations department, reporting into the Product Implementation Team Lead. We drive successful product launches by managing implementation projects with internal stakeholders and external partners, following established processes and leveraging product specification documents. Our mission is to ensure that retail, digital, and incentive products are seamlessly made available across Blackhawk Network’s diverse distribution channels, delivering value and scale for our partners. Project Management: Drive multiple high-volume product implementations using established tools, processes, and expertise. Collaboration: Work with Account Managers and internal teams (Marketing, Distribution, Inventory, Card Production) to align on requirements. Client Engagement: Lead client project kick-offs and manage communication with clients, service providers, processors, and manufacturers. Training & Education: Guide stakeholders on requirements, timelines, and processes; deliver training to new hires and colleagues. Quality Assurance: Coordinate quality checks, artwork proofing, and testing to ensure products meet specifications. Issue Resolution: Anticipate and escalate delays or challenges, working with management to drive solutions. Reporting & Compliance: Update project milestones in systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance. Product Development: Define new product requirements and manage exceptions to support innovation. Expertise & Improvement: Act as SME, streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver improvements. Strategic Contribution: Bring structure to undefined projects and ensure alignment with best practices. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in project management Analytical Skills: Skilled at using data, reporting, and documentation to drive informed decisions and effective project execution. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PC-based business tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups) preferred. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients; additional languages, particularly French and Italian, are a plus. Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities with focus and efficiency. Detail Orientation: Consistently delivers accurate, thorough work with strong attention to detail. Organization: Highly structured and effective at managing tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities. Problem-Solving: Applies critical thinking and creative solutions to overcome challenges and drive progress.
