Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the school office
* Using SIMS confidently for pupil data, attendance, and records
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally
* Supporting attendance monitoring and pupil reporting
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date school records
* Providing general administrative support to senior leadership and teaching staff
Essential Requirements
* Recent experience working within a school environment
* Strong working knowledge and experience of SIMS
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
Additional Details
o Full-time, term‑time only role plus 10 additional days
