What you will do:
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred programmes to ensure the best outcomes for patients in acute care
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support for patients
* Review occupational therapy interventions and make adjustments as necessary, contributing to patient health and recovery
* Maintain detailed records of patients’ progress and therapy sessions in line with NHS guidelines
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members and newly qualified therapists to foster a learning environment
Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
* Recent experience working in the UK as an Occupational Therapist
* Proven recent experience within the NHS system
* Current registration with the HCPC
