We’re excited to be partnering with an innovative HealthTech app on a key Growth / Performance Marketing Lead hire. This is a high-impact, fully remote opportunity to take ownership of paid acquisition and subscriber growth end-to-end, working closely with a collaborative and fast-moving team.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys scaling mobile subscription products, and is motivated by driving measurable growth across leading performance channels.
Our Client owns paid acquisition and subscriber growth end-to-end. Drives trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion, and CAC payback across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google UAC, and YouTube
* Own App Store Optimisation (ASO): keywords, screenshots, preview videos, conversion rate
* Manage CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period; report weekly against subscriber targets
* Run creative testing pipelines with the content lead — 10+ ad variants per week
* Build attribution stack (AppsFlyer or Adjust) integrated with RevenueCat and Mixpanel
* Forecast budgets, scale winners aggressively, kill losers fast
M U S T- H AV E
* 4+ years in mobile subscription app growth (fitness, wellness, dating, or consumer subscription)
* Track record scaling an app past £500k–£5m ARR
* Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, ASA, MMP attribution
* SQL or strong analytics tools; lives in dashboards
