We're looking for a well-organised, people-focused Lettings Front of House Administrator to join our team.

This role is key to ensuring a smooth experience for both prospective tenants and landlords, while also supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the front office and Lettings Team. You'll be the friendly face of the business and a vital part of the lettings process behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and confident juggling both administrative responsibilities and front-of-house customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House / Customer Service:
* Welcome and assist walk-in clients with a professional and friendly approach.
* Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries.
* Provide clear communication and support to tenants and landlords via phone, email, and in person.
Lettings Administration:
* Book property viewings and match prospective tenants with suitable properties.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are regularly updated.
* Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors - including arranging inspections, providing feedback to Landlords, and managing contractor key collections/returns.
* Monitor and respond to emails in the shared lettings inbox, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Provide general administrative support to the lettings team as required.
Key skills/attributes we'd be looking for:

Minimum 1 years experience in an office based or customer facing role (preferred but not required)
