Perks and Benefits from Hospitality Rewards Our Head Pastry Chef Requirements: Proven experience in a role at a Michelin Star establishment or at least 4 AA rosettes is essential. Strong understanding of various pastry and dessert techniques. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards. Execute and oversee the preparation of a variety of pastries and desserts. Collaborate with the Head Chef to contribute to the creation and refinement of enticing dessert offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently and fit in with the team. Actively participate in menu development, bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
