Parts Sales Advisor
The Company
Daimler Buses UK Ltd is a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG – one of the world's largest commercial vehicle manufacturers. Daimler Buses UK Ltd caters for the UK and Irish markets. Home to four brands, they are the official local supplier of Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses and coaches. They are a small team (80 employees) within a large business, with a family-like atmosphere and low staff turnover.

The Role
Daimler Buses is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join their team and drive sales through expert support and outstanding service.
What You'll Do
* Handle inbound/outbound calls to support parts sales
* Assist eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering
* Provide technical support for complex parts queries
* Process customer returns and credit notes
* Communicate order status and manage backorders
* Support additional business needs
Who You'll Work With:
* Customers (retail, wholesale, eCommerce)
* Internal departments (technical, warehouse, finance)
About You
* GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent, desirable, not essential
* City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification (or similar), desirable not essential
* Experience in a busy parts sales environment is essential
Skills You'll Need:
* Knowledge of BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, SAP desirable, not essential
* Strong IT, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay customer-focused
You will have the right to work in the UK.

* £26,000 plus bonus performance-related bonus.
* 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
