The role goes beyond scheduling: you will prepare materials for executive forums, support team events and act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders. You will anticipate needs before they are asked, find smarter ways to manage information and workflow, and apply real judgement in a role where discretion and trust are non‑negotiable.
Qualifications
Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment and strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills – you will represent two Directors, so the standard must be high.
Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information with care.
A willingness to explore new technology, especially AI and digital tools, to increase effectiveness.
Character attributes that align with Scottish Water’s values: bold, responsible, inspiring and caring.
