Purchase Ledger Assistant
Location: Rotherham, England, United Kingdom
Equans is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team based at Callflex Business Park, Rotherham on a temporary basis of 12 months covering maternity leave. This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
* Point of contact for procure‑to‑pay queries.
* Invoice processing.
* Supplier statement reconciliations.
* Internal/external supplier queries.
* Schedule and process payments.
* Reconciliations and period‑end close activities.

Who are you?
* Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable environment is desirable.
* Use of Microsoft packages including email.
* Data entry skills.
* Good analytical skills.
* Demonstrate accuracy/attention to detail.
* Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
Basic DBS check required.
