We have a fantastic opportunity for a property consultant to join our expanding team within the New Business Centre which is based within our Head Office in Chelmsford. The team provide a pivotal support role to the various Beresfords branches across Essex. Key Responsibilities
* To provide support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services & our Land and New Homes Department.
* Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers to generate interest and secure appointments for all core business areas.
* Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, providing accurate property information and identifying all business opportunity.
* To maintain and update the CRM system with client details, call notes, and follow-up actions.
* Prompt follow up and qualification of website leads and portal enquiries to maximise business opportunity, ensuring full information is captured.
* To Support marketing campaigns by following up on leads from online listings, social media, and events.
* Meet and exceed agreed individual appointment and conversion targets.
Skills & Experience
* Proven telephone sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (estate agency experience desirable but not essential).
* Confident communicator with excellent listening and persuasion skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Salary & Benefits
Salary (pro rata for part time working hours)
Hours of Work
* Full time hours Mon-Sat with a day off in the week (Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and Sat 9am-4pm.
* Part time hours will be considered, but will also include Saturday working.
