Responsibilities
* 1st line IT support
* Investigating & troubleshooting IT problems
* Logging calls within the ticketing software
* Recording solutions within the system
* Maximising the effectiveness of the system
* Escalating tickets when necessary
* Meeting targets & deadlines
* Providing desktop support
