What You’ll Drive
* Act as the technical authority for all things D365 SCM
* Own incident, problem, and major escalation management
* Lead governance across managed service and delivery partners
* Oversee releases, upgrades, and environment readiness
* Ensure stability across Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Planning
* Manage Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid and more)
* Uphold SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
* Champion continuous improvement, resilience, and performance
What You Bring
* Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM
* Background supporting SaaS/PaaS platforms
* Experience leading technical teams and third‑party suppliers
* Solid understanding of Azure‑based integrations
