Band 6 Trainee Enhanced Clinical Practitioner
* Undertake a structured training programme supported by the consultant nurses.
* Develop skills across STI management, contraception, and wider sexual health presentations.
* Gain competencies aligned with enhanced clinical practice.
* Be supported to progress into a fully autonomous ECP role on completion of portfolio, competencies, and academic learning.
Band 7 Enhanced Clinical Practitioner
* Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of complex sexual and reproductive health presentations, ensuring high standards of patient‑centred care.
* Deliver safe, evidence‑based interventions in line with national and local clinical guidelines, service protocols, and best practice.
* Contribute to clinical leadership through active involvement in line management, service development, quality improvement initiatives, and innovation in care delivery.
* Support the development of others by providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to junior colleagues, students, and trainees within the multidisciplinary team.
