Business Innovation Advisors Permanent, Full-Time (3 posts) £31,767 per annum, pro rata (Pay award pending) The Business Innovation Advisor will provide vital operational and administrative support to the Business Innovation team, enabling the effective delivery of the College’s contracts and commercial activities. Working closely with the Business Innovation Manager, the postholder will contribute to the achievement of departmental targets by assisting with programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative processes. The role will support the College’s broader strategic objectives, particularly around fostering innovation, enhancing student outcomes, and diversifying income streams. A successful applicant must be educated to HNC/D or equivalent level of qualification with relevant experience, and be able to travel throughout South Lanarkshire and the surrounding area. You will have experience of dealing directly with employers and working with unemployed adults and young people with barriers to employment in addition to experience of working with employability programmes.
